Once we start processed your order you will be receive text or email which mentioning your delivery date and time. Most of the time deliveries are made between 5pm and 10pm above mentioned delivery dates for specific areas.

We will schedule a redelivery or make some other arrangements with the customer.

You will receive an email notification once the order is delivered. Deliveries can be made either in person (handover) or Contactless (upon request). With Contactless Delivery, the driver will leave your order at your doorstep to limit unnecessary contact.

Yes, you may cancel your order 24 hours prior to shipment/delivery time at no extra cost. However, any order cancellations exceeding 24 hours will incur 10% of the total order value.

We, Sri Lankan Roots will take full responsibility for the goods that we deliver. However, since we are not the manufacturer of these goods/ items sold here at Sri Lankan Roots, we will take appropriate steps to notify respective parties on our customers’ behalf (manufacturer or suppliers involved) without any hesitation.
